Our kits are curated and kitted with the USA and ship to you directly from our warehouse in the USA!
Boxes are shipped within 2-3 business days!
If you're not satisfied with your Project Home DIY kit, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. In order for Project Home DIY to provide free shipping, we do expect our customers to pay for the return shipping of the item back to us. This will be deducted from your refund.
Please complete the return request HERE.
Once we receive your kit we will inspect it to make sure items are in unused original condition. Upon inspection, we will contact you via email for your return approval and issue your refund, minus the shipping & handling return fee.
If your subscription renewed and you forgot to cancel, we do not issue a refund. Refunds cannot be issued for items that haven't been shipped yet.
