HOW TO MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT

You've come to the right place if you need help with navigating the customer portal. Instructions are in sequential order. If something doesn't make sense, move to previous instruction.

 

How to Log In or Create an account?

Click Sign In at the top of the website. Use your email you used to complete your purchase and password. If you do not have an active account, click on Create an Account, use email you completed your purchase with and create an account. Any purchases made under that email will show up.


How can I view my orders?

Log In
View Order History


How do I update my address?

Log In
Click View Addresses
Click Add New Address
Enter address and select default if this is the new default address.
Click ADD ADDRESS
** You may also delete old addresses if they are no longer being used


How do I manage my subscription?

Log In
On main Account Details page
Click on Manage Subscription


How do I pause my subscription?

Log In
Click Manage Subscription
Click Pause subscription
**Subscription will stay paused for as long as you need until you unpause it.


Prepaid Subscription-How many boxes do I have left?

Log In
Click Manage Subscription


What does Next Order Generates mean?

This means that the next subscription box in your subscription will be generated then for shipment on the 1st. If you have a monthly subscription, this is also your renewal date. 3 & 6 Month subscribers- this is just the next date a box will be generated to be shipped to you. You may or may not have to pay on this date depending on how many shipments you have left in your order (see above)

How do I update my payment information?

View all products you are currently subscribed to here. This is what will ship to you each month. If there are two here, you will receive two.


How do I skip a month?

Log In
Manage Subscription
View Details
Manage Upcoming Orders tab
Click Skip Order

*Order is skipped for the month. If this is done BEFORE renewal on the 15th of the month, you will not receive a box the 1st of the following month. If its done AFTER the 15th you will receive a box on the 1st as you've already paid for it, but you'll skip the following months renewal.
Example- Subscribe in January, box ships Feb 1st. Next order/renewal is February 15th-payment processes-, box ships March 1st.
**Its completely normal to see multiple months of subscriptions here for any subscription type. You will be only receiving one at a time.


How Do I cancel my subscription?

Click Manage Subscriptions
Click View Details
Click Cancel Subscription
Select Reason
Click Cancel Subscription
