How To Update Shipping Address
1. Log In
(if you receive an error, you MUST create an account & set up a password even though you have an active subscription)
2. Click Manage Subscriptions
3. Click Shipping Addresses from dropdown (mobile), click Shipping Addresses tab (desktop)
4. Click Add Shipping Info
5. Enter new shipping info, click next
6. Select the payment method tied to this shipping address
7. Click Add New Shipping Info
MUST DO THIS NEXT STEP--- Go to Subscriptions tab
1. Click on the active subscription
2. Click on Shipping & Billing
3. Select new address and billing pair
Strongly suggested to email help@projecthomeDIY.com as well so we can update your shipping address on any orders that are in que.
How To Update Billing Information (address & payment info)
1. Log In

2. Click Manage Subscriptions
3. Click Payment Methods
4. Click Add new Payment Method
5. Popup will confirm payment has been added.
MUST DO THIS NEXT STEP--- Email us so we can apply your new payment method to the subscription!

How Skip or Cancel
1. Log In
(if you receive an error, you MUST create an account & set up a password even though you have an active subscription)
2. Click Manage Subscriptions
3. Click on Subscriptions then click on the Active Subscription
4. Scroll down to bottom
5. Select Skip 1 Month or Cancel
Unskip Subscription
1. Log In
(if you receive an error, you MUST create an account & set up a password even though you have an active subscription)
2. Must be on the HOME screen of your account.
3. Click See All Upcoming Orders
4. Click on the Skipped Subscription
5. Click Unskip My Order
6. Confirm on next screen & home screen
Remember-- your subscription is paid for the month BEFORE it ships. You must pay in May to receive Junes box.
Track my Subscription
Easiest way to find your tracking is to open a chat window on our website. Click Track An Order. Put in your email address you checked out with and your order tracking will pop up.

2. Find the Order History and click on Order Number
3. If order has been shipped, tracking will be uploaded there.
